Well Mr Lora were very professional he was on time to pickup and drop of the ride went very smoothly and safe thanks to Loran team and we really appreciate that I would used Loran service again 100%

The driver arrived early and yelled at my dad to leave me. Then, hurried my disabled mom and waited for a while to pick his perfect radio station. He did not follow the GPS.

The driver's attitude. I had chosen this company because the website stated the employees worked well with disabled people by giving them time to load and offload the vehicles. The driver rushed the client but then took a while to pick the perfect radio station. He did not follow the GPS; he took his route, which seemed longer. The driver yelled at my dad to leave me because he was on schedule even though the driver had arrived early; then, when I asked if he could come to Tower 4 because of my disabled mom, the driver responded he couldn't, so I was trying to get transportation for my mom in the early morning along with our luggage to the driver, so I don't believe the driver should have responded with such rudeness.

Less than an Uber experience for a car service price.
Driver as well as customer service prior to drive were polite.
Vehicle was approx 15 years old, 2009-2007 or so. Vehicle was not aligned, unsafe-driver had to hold steering wheel to left to go straight. Late pickup-flight was on time. Car service usually waits for you, we waited ten minutes for her after getting our luggage. She explained she wouldn’t enter until we were outside. Our Previous car service have always waited inside baggage claim with a sign to easily find them and helped us with luggage. Upon arrival, driver told us to “be her muscle” and load our own luggage after an extremely long day. Knobs in car for climate in back were broken or taken off. Plastic separates front from back-really not comfortable and what I would imagine sitting in the back of a police vehicle is like. Upon arriving at our destination, resort bell services unloaded luggage-driver did not offer to help them but waited around awkwardly as luggage was unloaded clearly anticipating a tip. We gave it to cut the uncomfortableness and she sat back in car until luggage was finished unloading. We declined return service as soon as we got to our hotel room and were given a refund for half quickly-but did not feel feedback was desired for why we were unhappy so I don’t anticipate their business model will change. This is an Uber/Lyft/Taxi-not a car service. Book under that assumption.

Efficient and professional!
Drivers were very professional and friendly. They were on time and made our airport transfer a breeze! We had 8 ladies, 8 sets of golf clubs and 8 pieces of luggage, no problem! Wonderful service.

This was my first time using this company and will gladly use them again!
They were very accommodating when my travel plans had time changes. The driver (Jennifer) even picked us up from a slightly different location than originally planned. The vehicle had nice amenities as well.

Smooth Ride Transportation is a dependable, cost effective, and customer friendly service.
Reese was a wonderful and courteous driver for the evening. He was prompt and maintained excellent communication prior to pickup throughout the evening. He made sure that my guest and I were comfortable and drove us to our destination safely. He obeyed all road and traffic rules keeping safety in mind.

Long delay, then taken to wrong hotel
The vehicle was comfortable.
The driver was more than one hour late for our appointment. He told us that there was a traffic jam within the airport. After he finally arrived, he drove us to Cape Canaveral and tried to drop us off at the WRONG HOTEL. My reservation confirmation clearly indicated the name and address of our hotel. He then tried to blame me for specifying the wrong hotel, even though the confirmation and the email from the company correctly indicated the hotel. We were VERY disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY!

They are very unprofessional! Our driver didn’t show up on time, then when he arrived he had a dirty car that smelled odd and the dash had the tire pressure and check engine lights on. He was driving aggressively and braking hard all while playing inappropriate content music for my children. To end this horrible ride, he dropped us off at the wrong hotel and that was even after our confirmation had the correct address of our hotel. We had to call and call several times to get someone to call us back. They tried to say that he couldn’t pull up the address we gave them, however, wouldn’t you just ask to verify instead of just taking people to some random place. They refused to refund our money and it is now being disputed with PayPal. We still had to be another company $45 to take us to the correct place.
Over an hour late for the ride to thaw airport from port canavarel. And over 30 mins late from our hotel to the port. Pathetic. I am going to do a chargeback on my cc if I don’t receive a refund.
