Driver was on time, car was as promised (Mercedes), price was cheaper than other offers I was able to get online, there were child seats as I requested.
Our taxi driver was waiting for us to arrive, the sign with our name on was professional and easily identifiable. The car was luxurious, clean and comfortable. Our driver was polite and friendly taking us safely to our destination. I would definitely use this service again. Thank you.
The driver arrived at the hotel at 6am even though my flight wasn't until 9pm. Reception called my room and when I explained that the driver had made a mistake and wasn't due to pick us up until 6pm, he told the receptionist that unless I came and spoke to him he wouldn't return to pick us up at the correct time. When he realised that he had made a mistake he didn't offer an apology despite waking me up. Very disappointing.
