While booking via the internet, had reason to call company via phone, after explaining issue the first thing the attendant mention was that he noticed i " didnot leave any tip for the driver" i was shocked...i thought tips were earned

After 30 hours of international travel, with a flight change into Atlanta, it was nice to that someone was there to pick me up.

Was picked up and delivered to correct address in a timely and efficient manner; driver very courteous.
Vehicle was clean and spacious; driver was both courteous and engaging.
Positive experience; nothing to not like!

It was an on time, safe trip to and from the airport.
They never showed and we barely got another taxi to catch our flight/reservations in Hawaii.
Absolutely not even one thing. They weren't even aware we had spent over a hundred dollars with them.
When I called asking why they were so late I was told I didn't even have an appointment with them. Then he found the payment and decided to send us a taxi here just 10 minutes before I was to be at the airport over 40 minutes away. I spent over $9,000.00 on the trip and they were about to cost me another $2,000.00. I'm reversing charges now.
It was a very positive experience like always, this time the car was not to my expectations as it was in the past
The driver was courteous and on time
The car was downgraded to what I previously experience with this company, I should have received the same type of vehicle as all the other times I have hired this service
