The silence, the driver was more chatty with other previously used private transfers , pointed out things on the journeys which we prefer. Found a real language barrier this time which we haven’t previously had any difficulties with before.
Water being supplied on arrive would have been a good touch or offering to stop and allow us to get this.

A truly great experience from booking until the final drop off at the airport.
Impress are very easy to deal with and happily made a very late change to our collection arrangements for the return to the airport. Everything they did was clearly very customer focused and was delivered in a quality way. Highly recommend them. Thank you Impress. Looking forward to travelling with you again in October.

Everything perfect, easy online booking and no problems on arrival even though flight was an hour late. Two good drivers. Guy on arrival gave us a good history of the island on the drive to Pefkos.
