A perfect way to get to the airport!
The driver was on time even at 3:30am!! He greeted me using my name first so it was clear who he was. We chatted on the drive. He was friendly and professional. I was dropped off at the correct door which made finding my way in the airport easier. I would definitely use this company again.
Transfer on time and the vehicle was very confortable

We ordered a car large enough to carry a surf bag the van was a bit short. I made a mistake during the booking. As a consequence I paid fully a trip a didn’t use. If you have a problem no one picks up the phone while the IT platform couldn’t be used.

Sorry, but I should report the real facts and not those that are convenient for you.
At no time did you inform us that you would transport a surf or kitesurf board.
You only informed that there would be 4 passengers and requested a Minivan.
And that's exactly what we provided, a Minivan, with enough capacity for 4 passengers and normal luggage.
Then, we strictly comply with your request, and on the day and time of collection we send a larger Minivam, to carry out the return transport to the airport.
A vehicle and a driver traveled from Porto to Viana do Castelo, and only after waiting without you showing up, without informing us of the mistake you had supposedly made and only after our services had contacted you, did you inform us of this supposed error.
Of course, payment is due, because at no time did you ask us to cancel or change the date or time of collection.
Regarding the contacts you made, through voice calls, via whatsapp, we inform you that our WhatsApp at that time did not accept voice calls, because the operator was using a WEB version.
We regret that you have not at any time been concerned about correcting the mistake you have made, and that you somehow want to hold us responsible for the situation.
