Despite having problems at the airport on arrival and being delayed the original booked driver had to leave, but Julieta came to pick us up, after a phone call had the needed children car seats and went over and above to ensure we got there.

Our driver, Julieta, was pleasant and helped with loading our luggage into the van. She texted with information on exactly how to find her once we arrived at the airport. The van, while not spotless, was certainly clean enough for my family’s needs. Julieta drove us to our destination in a timely fashion. I had done a lot of shopping around for a transportation service, and the price at Skippy Transportation was very reasonable for a private car transfer. Now that the Magical Express is no longer option, I do intend to utilize Skippy Transportation again on our next trip to Disney World. I would absolutely recommend this company to others without hesitation.

Traveling with 3 kids under 5 is stressful and Julieta made this portion of our travel very easy! She was waiting for us, helped pull one of our many bags and had the car seats we needed in the van. We had a flight time change and needed to be picked up earlier and she was at the hotel at the new time with no issues. I would recommend this company over and over again!
