I loved that Black Executive called me to confirm the details! I actually booked the wrong date and they were extra accommodating when it came to making sure I could still get home from the airport. They even kept track of my flight and new it was going to be delayed. This is the 3rd time I have used this service and I will always use this service! 3rd times a charm they say!

It's always a pleasure riding with Black Executive Car. They are always on time, friendly, and helpful.
I thought our driver expected a tip, however I left a tip on the credit card when I prepaid for it. I hope I didn’t offend her as I would have given her a cash tip if I didn’t leave one on the card.
My flight was a couple hours late and arrived around 1:30 am. They still picked me up, and provided extremely professional and courteous service. I will call Black Car in the future for all my ground transportation needs in Fresno!
