A scam of a company with terrible business practices that I will never use again and be reporting to the authorities

I booked a trip online, I was charged, and then I got a call telling me they were fully booked. I asked how to get my money back and the man who called said to log in on the site and cancel the trip. I could not log in, nor could I contact their office (if they really have one) because both the number on the site for the 24/7 dispatch service (as advertised on the site) and the office number that was listed in my confirmation email were out of service. I called back the number that called me and the man was no help. He said he had to go home and that he would call me back in an hour, but he never did. I didn't have time to deal with this at that moment so I waited to see if maybe he would cancel it for me, but no luck. I was charged the fee and it went through as if my trip happened as scheduled. It was a joke when I got this email asking me to review my trip because it never happened. I gave them a chance but they are impossible to get in touch with and their system is hugely flawed and illegitimate. This was a huge scam and regardless of whether or not I get my money back I'll be reporting this company to the proper authorities.
20mins late, missing seatbelt, car lit up about needing an oil change, driver pumped the gas pedal the whole way there- didn't know how to drive

Wow. Worst cab experience ever. 20 mins late. Driver had to call me to find my house. I couldn't find the seatbelt for one seat. Car was LIT UP screaming for an oil change. And he drove the whole way jerkily stomping on and off the gas. Oh. And he smelled like cigarettes.
The car was on time for picking up and got to the airport in a timely fashion.
Despite having paid online, the driver key trying to insist payment had not been received. Showed receipt for proof of purchase and the driver begrudgingly accepted. Otherwise service was great but this was very disappointing.
I understand it was my fault with the mix up of the day..But it was a cold day and I got into a car with a driver who is sick,,No heat going and driving all around to get me to Mass General..

After I paid for roundtrip service Malden/Logan Airport, I was informed they could not pick me up at Logan, and I have not received a refund.
Taxi showed up on-time and driver was very friendly and courteous.
