It was exactly what id hoped it would be
The driver was where we were told he would be at the airport and easily identifiable. He was friendly and informative and knew where he was going. The car was comfortable
There wasn’t much that I didnt like

It was a perfect experience overall.
The driver was very professional. He picked us up at the scheduled time and drove the car avoiding major congestion on the road. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. He helped us bringing the bags to the hotel and gave us a map with key sites to visit in Brugge.
The experience was perfect. Nothing to complain about.

Courtious and helpful drivers
Driver on time both journeys ..so had no worries..thank you
Our driver was early, very professional and even helped us with our bags and to find our gate.

The driver arrived promptly (actually a little early) in the lobby of our hotel in Brugge and drove us to a hotel at Brussels Airport.
Everything -- the personable and professional driver, the immaculate car, the safe driving and the convenience of the door-to-door service.

Local knowledge
Driver was extremely punctual and very friendly, full of local facts about Bruges too which was great as we visited lots of places off his recommendation.

Excellent, very satisfying
Politeness and courtesy of the driver, his helpfulness and promptness. I will definitely use Drivery again on my future trips
