exellent driver, very experienced, we found out about many things about Portugal, it was great
experienced driver, fluent - english speaking
nobody answered my message I wrote on web-site (in place to contact with company) and I was worry if my payment went well and wether we will have transfer, very stresfull experience, no telephon and adress on web site,
The situation was saved by the driver, a nice man, fluent speaking in English, I felt safe with the family, we learned a lot of information about Portugal, which we did not know about, and I am very grateful for that!

Efficient friendly driver, waiting in the terminal as promised. Clear signage.
I had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutos at the airport, it's too much, long time late. I was late for an event because of this delay. Llegué tarde a un evento por este retraso que tuvieron.

Booking with algarve transfers is a complete disaster
Nothing, because nobody showed up :(
Unfortunately nobody showed up or phoned us. After more then 1 hour waiting we took a taxi at the AirPort, which costed us more then 100euro (please find receipt in attached photo). So, sending mails about trip duration and distance is a little bit ridiculous. We sended immediately mail with our experience to you, but without any answer. This bad experience will be posted on social media (Facebook, instagram) to avoid that other customers have the same disappointment.

Driver was very friendly & helpful
We were waiting at the airport for quite a bit after arriving.
the car didnt arrive inspite of waiting for 30mins, the payment was already collected while booking the car. Request you to please refund the entire amount.

Very easy and friendly transfer, highly recommend.
Drivers spoke excellent English which made it very easy. Drivers were friendly and very helpful. Vehicles were clean and practical for all of our luggage.
