Professional Service Provided.
Friendly helpful driver who knew exactly where he was going. Appreciated the call from him while we were making our way through immigration to let me know he had arrived and was waiting in the arrival hall.

All excellent other than dropping me off at the airport in the wrong place. After being dropped off I had to wait a long time in a queue to take me to the correct level for departures. Previous taxi company has always dropped me right outside the departure area
Everything went perfectly other than the drop off location
Being dropped off in the wrong place resulting in a long wait to get to right level

Driver had no clue where he was going and kept getting lost
Not much
The driver did not know the destination, got lost, got angry at me as I was annoyed that we lost so much time late at night, blamed the postcode instead of checking properly himself. Had to find the phone number foe him and he still could not find the place after instructions by the hotel. Wanted to drop me off at the back rather than front of the hotel. Awful experienxe, particularly as late at night.
3 hour flight delay, but our friendly, efficient driver was there, ready to whisk us home

The service was provided fast but the driver was inadequate
The car was clean and the time spent on the trip was the expected.
The driver arrived a bit late. After he reached us he picked aa couple of suicases and almost run away with our bags into the car (possibly due to time restrictions on the Airport car park). We had to almost run after him from Terminal 2 to Car Park (around 500 meters) to catch up with him (we have a small 6 year old daughter and some other bags to transport as well... after 9 hours fight overnight with no sleep is not the most enjoyable thing to do). The driver asked several strange questions regarding how much we spent on our holidays, what was the rental price of our place, what was my job, what was my wife's doing, if an Audi parked outside our house was ours. Sincerely lack of professionalism or even common sense. Not going to use this service again.
