Great driver and awesome experience.
Our driver, Richard, was great and helped with all the bags. The trip to Stonehenge was great as was the time there and then the trip to Heathrow was great! And Richard helped unload all the bags as well! Richard made everything perfect!
Personally don’t like upholstery, so the van with upholstery wasn’t to my liking, but it was fine.

An easy and stress free way to travel to Southampton.
The car was large and comfortable and the driver was very efficient.
I wish that there was more communication. An email, text, or message the day before the scheduled ride would have been appreciated. The driver was late on pickup day (London traffic and not his fault) and it left us worried they weren't coming and we'd miss our cruise.

Great, Loved the driver.
Driver was very respectful, made conversation and drove very cautiously. Was there on time and car was comfortable.
would have liked to know before getting in the car that the driver did not have a credit card machine to pay the remaining balance. But he was able to help us find an ATM to retrieve money. But it wasn’t a big deal, just a heads up would have been appreciated. However, this did not leave a bad impression on the drive or driver.

On time pick-up and drop-off for a two-stop itinerary in heavy traffic.
Driver arrived promptly, was courteous but allowed us to keep to ourselves without engaging in excess chat, helped with luggage, and we arrived very timely. Just what we needed--a no-hassle ride to both Heathrow and Southampton.
Driver went faster on the motorway in rainy conditions than seemed wise, but he wasn't reckless.

The driver was not as careful as she should have been.
She arrived on time
She was speeding on the motorway and did not slow down for curves or bumps in the road making the ride very uncomfortable.

Perfect! No problems at all
Used them for 2 transfers while I was in London. Both times they were on time, very friendly and a great value for the money. Would definitely recommend them.
If I had to be very picky, I would say the back seats in the van one seat was facing backwards but offered plenty of room and the seats were very comfortable
