They were late picking us up, it took twice as long to get to the cruise ship, & charged us more than the reservation confirmation price
The driver was friendly.
They were late picking us up at our hotel. We had to make multiple stops to pick up people at other hotels. This was unorganized. The driver had to keep calling the office to find out where to go next. What we expected to be a 45 minute drive took almost 2 hours! We missed our cruise check-in time. We had a reservation confirmation price of $60 then the driver says we owe another $20! Highway robbery! We already had a CONFIRMED reservation price! But you have no choice but to pay it. On the return trip from Port Canaveral to the airport, we stopped at some random parking lot, Had to unload our luggage & transfer everything from the shuttle to a SUV. It's a good thing we had time to kill before our flight departed.
1 hour ride took 4 hours...but at least we made it
Driver showed up. I was seriously concerned, since we booked the same company "Port Canaveral Quick Shuttle" (aka a dozen other names with the phone number 888-320-8497) and they never showed up to pick us up from the airport to take us to the cruise terminal. But surprisingly they were at the cruise terminal to pick us up...plus a dozen other people who weren't getting off at the same time or going to the same airport or hotel or other stop. So the driver drove around the terminal for about 2 hours, waiting, calling passengers, calling other drivers, picking up people, dropping them off at other cars. Luckily our flight was in the afternoon, so we weren't late and made it to the airport in plenty of time...event though it took PLENTY OF TIME to get there.
Drove around for 2 hours picking up other people, making other stops, then finally to our destination. But didn't know it wasn't a direct route before booking. Would have gladly paid $20 more per person and known exactly when, where, and how we getting to our destination. And if I had an earlier flight, I would have chosen another mode of transportation to make sure I got there in time.
If you have specific pick up times, why do we wait over an hour to get going? Why do we have to change shuttles because of your staff's disorganization? We make plans too. One lady had less than 45 minutes to check her bags and catch a flight because we left Port Canaveral 1 1/2 late

Delayed by an hour both ways
