I ordered a car at 430 pm from Budapest city centre to airport, they send a taxi and 15 mins late. I have to call and find out if the car is coming or not. Not very professional consider the fact that punctuality is key when customers book for car going to and from airport. There was no traffic at all and if driver is late I believe is a courtesy to call the client to inform rather than client has to call to find out! Never use their service again and won't recommend to anyone.
Driver took us to the wrong terminal although i have told him it is turkish airlines and we walked to the terminal from inside. The car was more than awful!!! It was old almost ro die!

Efficient and convenient service

K9 Residence is a little difficult for pick ups going to the airport. Possibly a meeting point on corner of Dob Utca could be arrange?
