As always the ride was comfortable the driver Julie was polite, respectful and attentive to the traffic.
The entire process is easy. Everyone is easy to work with even when my fight was delayed. I appreciated their attention to details. I will be back again.

My ride was delayed, I had to wait at the airport for 30 minutes before being picked up
For the return trip, my pick up was 30 minutes late picking me up at the airport. My driver said it was due to traffic. I feel that they should anticipate traffic when planning pick up times.
