Our flight was delayed several times but Sebastian — our driver — was waiting for us upon arrival. Very pleasant driver. Will certainly continue to use this service.
The SUV still had a “new car” smell and had a car seat for my grandson.
The driver didn't show up. My receipt said 3:50 PM at the north gate in baggage claim. There were two designated areas for limousines and chauffeurs and he was in neither of those places. I called my driver 4 times and he did not respond, and he did not have a voicemail set up so I was not able to leave him a message. Instead 20 minutes later I received a call from a different driver who said he was in the parking lot, even though I had paid $25 for the meet up service. I was never notified of a driver change and this new driver had no identifying information showing that he worked for the company. As a safety precaution, I tried my original driver again and he picked up telling me that he got held up with another customer. My biggest complaint is with customer service. When I called to express my frustration over the service I received I was berated for not returning a call to him several days prior. My phone is inundated with spam calls, so I do not pick up for numbers I don't recognize. I received no message from this company and followed the directions I received on my receipt. The man I talked to blamed me for not calling them back when I never knew they had called me in the first place because they lacked the professionalism to leave a message. They reimbursed the $25 but took zero responsibility for any wrongdoing. This service totaled $236.02 including gratuity, and it is not worth it at all. I have canceled my ride back to the airport with them and will take an uber. It is cheaper, more reliable, and safe. You do not get what you pay for.

Began our Christmas vacation on the right foot by leaving the driving to Peachtree limo. Stress free trip to the airport.

Driver was early, professional, clean car and nice no-stress ride to the airport.
Driver being a little early to pick me up. Often drivers are late and that makes it very stressful when you have an appointment or plane to catch.
I have no complaints!

Safe and pleasant travels
My driver, Sebastian, arrived on time, was friendly, courteous, and drove safely through the traffic in the Atlanta area. The car was very clean. The company was very easy to book a reservation with and were very helpful and willing to work with me when my booking needed changed.

Sebastian was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and friendly. He was on time and got me to the airport safely. His driving was very respectful and didn't even make me say "Holy Crud" once.
