Driver was smart and waiting for us as we arrived. He was helpful and a very careful driver. Booked online and they were there to meet us at 1am at the airport.
On time pickup and arrival. First driver from Santiago airport was fantastic - extremely courteous, polite, helpful and approachable.
Second driver from Maside wasn't the greatest. Was waiting in the car on his phone whilst we were leaving the premises, we had to ask him to assist us with luggage, to turn down the radio etc. We missed our first driver! However, he was on time and complied when asked for help. A small but noticeable difference.
A small recommendation for the confirmation of the return drive: I'd recommend sending a confirmation a little earlier than the night before - maybe a few days before? In case changes need to made for the return drive.
