After taking the time to reserve the service a day in advance only to have been forgotten, even after receiving email confirmation and verbally confirming pickup and drop off location on the phone. Had to wait an hour for pickup because they lost the booking and had no apologies or initiative to get a cab to us as soon as possible .

It actually showed up. eventually.
I sent an email days ago complaining about my service with no reply so I'll repeat again here.
I pre-booked a taxi at 4:30am to pick me up at 5:30 for my 6am shift. I called twice and was ensured "it will be here in 10 minutes." then nothing, called again "it will be here soon", still nothing. The taxi didn't show up until AFTER 6 and then proceeded to speed at 100km/hr in a 60km zone IN THE RAIN. Weather that's normal or not, that was incredibly dangerous and stupid no matter how late for work I was.
I would like a refund.

appointment on line but no one showed and had to call otherwise would have bee late for my flight
Loved our driver from the airport to Whistler (Marcel?). Helped with our bags out of the airport. Checked with us regarding anything we needed for the ride. Good driver. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Our driver from Whistler back to the airport (no idea what his name was) was not so good. He was sleeping in the cab when we arrived at the pick up point. Stopped for gas during our trip and we were charged for the stop on the meter! Not the best driver. Had earbuds in the whole time.

There were difficulties, my international mobile number , driver went to wrong address but these were resolved with courtesy and concern
They sorted out the problem for us and Clayton , the final driver, could not have been more helpful
