very hard to get a hold of them
Whistler taxi was very hard to get a hold of. No one answering the phone. Tried calling several times over a 30+ minute period, nothing. Finally decided to try booking online, and it took about 45 min to hear back from someone. Way past the time I was trying to get somewhere. This is why Uber is beating the taxi companies, they are looking themselves. They are easy to get a hold of and order. Canada needs Uber, Lyft, etc
Driver not showing up, no other cabs being dispatched to makeup for that and me missing the start of my running race.

Great, on time, got us there quickly but drove carefully. Dropped us right at the door and helped us at both ends with our luggage - what more could we ask for? Thank you

Adequate but new driver had no idea where to go
On time and reasonable price
Driver did not know where he was going as he had only been on the job for five days.
